Coed Softball Team

There are a limited number of spots on our new East Side Coed Softball Team.  Practices begin soon and games are Friday nights beginning in April.  Cost is $30.  Contact Tom Lappert for more information.

Men’s Softball

Women’s Self Defense Class

6 week Self Defense class for women including awareness, common scenarios, discussion and technique ~ for freshmen in high school and up.  Class begins Wednesday, April 18th at 7pm.  Due to the content of this course, if under 18, please contact Robin Jemson to fill out a waiver form prior to the first class.

Senior Adult Potluck

Thursday, March 29th, Noon, Room C1.  Join us for a potluck for all seniors followed by “Name that Tune” with prizes!  Contact Jim and Karen Hock for more information.

Marriage Ministry Class

LAUGH YOUR WAY TO A BETTER MARRIAGE:  Join us for this 6 week Mark Gungor class beginning Sunday, April 1st at 11am in Middle School Room 133.  This is a DVD and discussion class led by Shane and Kim Jenkins.

Men’s Retreat will be happening April 13-14 at Echoing Hills. Grace Fellowship will join us!

There is tremendous value in men breaking away from their normal routine and spending time connecting with other guys.

On April 13-14, that is exactly what the men of Grace Fellowship and East Side Grace Brethren will do.

Join us as we take some time away and connect. We will think through what it means to be a real follower of Jesus. To do this, we will discuss the essence of what it means to be a committed follower of anything.

2012 ESGBC Men’s Basketball Information

Titus 2 Ministry

Titus 2 is a new women’s ministry which will be kicking off in the Fall. Girls and women from 15-115 will be placed in small groups which will meet once a month. The vision for this ministry is to build strong ties & relationships with women of different ages and in different seasons and circumstances in life, for the purpose of nurturing, encouraging and helping to equip one another to lead lives that will glorify God. The goal is that these relationships will result in families, marriages and the body of Christ being “rooted and established in love.” (Ephesians 3:17)

Sign- ups will begin at the Women’s Retreat, March 2nd & 3rd. You can also sign up via the response card in the bulletin beginning March 11th.

Men’s Breakfast & Missions Trip Training

Saturday, March 10, at 8am is the next Men’s Breakfast. Following the men’s breakfast, there will be a missions trip training time. You will receive training on electrical work, plumbing and drywalling. We will be working on a number of different projects around the church.  Lunch will be served.  If you’ve never been able to go on a missions trip, this day will give you a chance to experience what it is like. Please indicate interest on the response card in the bulletin so we can plan the work to be done.
